Orders ship from Wichita, KS. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• We only accept returns/exchanges for damaged items.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and may only be used at VIVRE for eligible items.

5. Event Bookings
All bookings are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds will only be issued if VIVRE cancels the event or rental.
